On the morning of November 20, Professor Marcus Hacker and his delegation from the Vienna General Hospital visited our hospital. The meeting was attended by our hospital’s Vice President Zhao Jingzhou, as well as relevant personnel from the Party and Administration Office, Nuclear Medicine Department, and Imaging Diagnosis Department.

At the meeting, Zhao Jingzhou warmly welcomed Professor Marcus Hacker and his team, and introduced the historical development, current scale, and key specialty development of our hospital.  Director Pei Zhijun of the Nuclear Medicine Department and Deputy Director Jiang Zhen of the Medical Imaging Department respectively introduced their departments. Professor Marcus Hacker introduced the organizational structure and operational experience of the Medical Imaging and Treatment Center and the Department of Nuclear Medicine at Vienna General Hospital. Subsequently, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and interactions regarding discipline development, research directions, and talent cultivation. Professor Marcus Hackers visit provided valuable communication opportunities for personnel in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and the Department of Imaging Diagnosis, establishing a bridge for deeper collaboration.

During the visit, Professor Marcus Hacker and his team visited the Department of Nuclear Medicine and the Department of Imaging Diagnostics to learn about the large-scale equipment, intelligent software, business scope and operational development of the departments concerned.
