1.Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Team
Doctors:Duanmin Hu,Wei Wu, Chunhua Zhou, Guilian Cheng , Liming Xu
Endoscopic ultrasound, as a new diagnostic modality, an interventionaltherapeutic technology, has been used in a varity of applications from cancer staging, biopsy, minimally invasive endosurgicaleven pancreatic cancer pain-relief modality. The EUS Team, directed by Dr.Duanmin Hu, are highly experienced in the examination of digestive tractadjacent organs such as pancreas, liver, spleen etc. Each specialist can provide superior carethe state-of-the-art treatment.
2.Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) Team
Doctors:Shaofeng Wang ,Mingjie Qian,Jianhong Zhu,Kewei Hu
ERCP is a test that combines the use of a flexible, lighted scope with X-ray pictures to examine the tubes that drain the liver, gallbladder, pancreas. ERCP can treat problems by inserting a stent to relieve bile duct blockagesto treat gallstones. Experts of ERCP Team provide advanced diagnostic techniquesup-to-date therapies available today.
3.Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Team
Doctors:Weng Tang, Juan Li, Jing Tang, Wei Cai
The IBD Team, directed by Dr.Weng Tang, offers broad wide knowledge in every area of IBD treatment, including early multidisciplinary diagnosisindividualized treatment for adultschildren with IBD. IBD conditions are ongoingrecurring, an important part of treatment involves managing the disease so that patients have the best chance of controlling their symptomsgoing about their lives as normally as possible. A full array of services are provided here, including IBD Clinic(every Monday afternoon), NutritionIntergrative IBD Program, 24 Hours Telephone Consulation. Each of our specialists is highly experienced in diagnosing, observingtreating every aspect of the diseases.
4.Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD) Team
Doctors:Duanmin Hu,Guojian Yin,Jianhong Zhu
ESD is an advanced endoscopic procedure used to remove gastrointestinal tumors that have not entered the muscle layer. ESD can be done in the esophagus, stomachcolon. The ESD Team, directed by Dr.Duanmin Hu, is at the forefront of simultaneous diagnosistreatment of complex, hard-to-find problems in the gastrointestinal tract. Cooperating with the EUS Team, their exceptional skills have made the procedure more effectivesafer.

Doctors:Chuangying Hu,Zhenyu Sui
The Hepatic cirrhosis Team, directed by Dr.Chuangying Hu, constantly working on the development of new diagnostic techniquestherapeutics of hepatic cirrhosis. The experts of the team are extraordinarily experienced in the endoscopic therapies, such as sclerotherapyendoscopic variceal ligation (EVL). Multidisciplinary cooperation for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) can be life saving in the face of a massive variceal bleedingrefractory ascites .
PART4
Our Highlingts
Owning new endoscopy suited with advanced opticssuperior visualization systems, our department do 25,000 procedures every year. The types of gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures performed in our endoscopic center mainly include :
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
Colonoscopy
Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
Wireless capsule procedure
We are also leaders in advanced therapeutic endoscopy include :
1.Endoscopic Ultrasound guided diagnosistreatment, such as EUS guided fine needle aspiration, cyst drainage, celiac ganglion block, liver puncture, sclerotherapy of hepatic cyst, etc.
2.Early diagnosistreatment of digestive tract tumorsprecancerous lesions, including Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR)Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD).
3.Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is done to check persistent jaundice, remove gallstones from the common bile duct if they are causing a problem, open a narrowed bile ducta draing, get a tissue sample for further testing.
